All orders received before 1:00 PM will be processed the same day, and mailed the next business day. All orders within the Continental United States will be shipped via USPS. Estimated shipping time depends on the type of USPS service you choose. Delivery estimates can be anywhere from 2-14 days. Shipping charges and sales tax will be added to the total of the order during checkout.

Orders shipped outside the U.S. may be subject to local duty charges by your government. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Sensoria  is not responsible for any associated  import fees that your country may impose. Please contact your local customs office to see what these charges are BEFORE placing your order. Estimated international shipping time is 10-14 days.

Sensoria is not responsible for mail service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carrier, and may vary with package origin and destination.

Order Changes & Cancellations

The design of our website shopping cart does not allow orders to be changed online once placed. If you feel there was an error in your order confirmation, please contact us at 727-213-5141. Cancelations must be within 2 hours of order completion.

Return Policy

Our goal and our focus is on you and  insuring that your expectations are met or exceeded.  We want to make the shopping experience with us rewarding and enjoyable. We proudly stand behind every product. Therefore, if for any reason you are not  satisfied with any product we would love to hear about it. We will make every effort to ensure your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it for an exchange or refund. Products must be in their original packaging. Returns and/or exchanges must be received  by Sensoria within 15 days of the original order to qualify for refund or exchange.

You can request a refund or exchange by going to the contact page on our website, or call simply call us at 727-213-4151 during working hours and we will be happy to assist.  When calling please have your order number in hand. You must have a return authorization before sending products back to us to qualify for refund or exchange.
